What This Role Looks Like:
Accept same-day childcare assignments to cover teacher call-offs and urgent staffing needs
Be available beginning at 6:00 AM to receive and respond to placement requests
Work in a variety of childcare centers and classrooms throughout your service area
Enjoy flexibility with no guaranteed or consistent schedule
Choose assignments that fit your availability
Requirements:
Must be 18 or older with minimum 3 months of daycare experience
High School Diploma or GED
Personal/dependable transportation required
Ability to pass ODJFS-required background checks (BCI & FBI) before hire
Must be dependable, responsive, and able to accept last-minute assignments
