Our client, is a Food Product Manufacturer company, is looking for a Sample Analyst for their Hackettstown, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
- The Sample Analyst is responsible for retrieving product samples, documenting and tracking them in internal systems, and supporting consumer product quality processes.
- This role also includes direct consumer interaction related to product complaints and requires strong attention to detail and basic system proficiency.
- Retrieve product samples for testing.
- Identify, log, and accurately capture sample information into the database
- Store and manage physical samples according to internal procedures
- Conduct basic sample dissection/inspection as required
- Support consumer care by following up directly with customers regarding product complaints
- Document all findings and interactions in the appropriate systems
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal tracking standards
- Work with consumer products (Client/M&M's portfolio)

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong communication skills for consumer follow-up interactions
- Ability to handle physical samples and perform basic inspection/dissection tasks
