Sample Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to join a fast-paced merchandising team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a leading retail brand while supporting the day-to-day movement of product samples.

You’ll play a key role in managing incoming samples, tracking inventory, supporting merchandising teams, and ensuring products are delivered to the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unbox, organize, and track incoming product samples.
• \n
• Perform quality checks to ensure samples match product information.
• \n
• Track sample inventory and maintain accurate records.
• \n
• Partner with merchandising teams to monitor sample arrivals and priorities.
• \n
• Coordinate sample routing, shipping, and logistics.
• \n
• Manage timelines and communicate updates across teams.
• \n
• Identify discrepancies and help resolve sample-related issues.
• \n
• Support ongoing improvements to sample processes and organization.
• \n

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• \n
• Experience in retail, inventory, sample coordination, stockroom, or operations is a plus.
• \n
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• \n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• \n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic computer skills.
• \n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• \n
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
