Pay Rate: $20-$25 DOE

2nd shift: 3pm-11pm

Possible OT depending on business needs.

Job description:

• Construct garment samples according to patterns, sketches, tech packs, and design specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, measurements, construction details, and sewing instructions.
• Operates the sample cutting table machine to produce corrugated box and display samples according to provided design specifications.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, threads, and construction techniques for each sample.
• Make pattern adjustments and sample corrections as required.
• Work closely with designers, pattern makers, technical designers, and production teams to achieve the desired fit and construction.
• Identify construction, fit, and quality issues and recommend appropriate corrections.
• Complete first samples, fit samples, development samples, and production samples within established deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in stitching, measurements, finishing, and overall garment construction.
• Make revisions to samples based on fitting comments and customer feedback.
• Ensure samples meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain an organized sample room, including fabrics, trims, patterns, and completed samples.
• Communicate any material, construction, or production concerns to the appropriate team members.

Looking for someone with background in graphics. Training will be for a month from 8am-5pm.
