Sample Operations Analyst
QPharma is currently looking for a Sample Operations Analyst for our Cedar Knolls location, in a hybrid role. This position is responsible for monitoring and managing sample transactions as it relates to both Direct to Practitioner and Hand Carry Sample Programs. Operations Analysts work to maintain compliance with the PDMA, client business rules, and provide variance resolution support. Additional responsibilities include generating and communicating reports, addressing incoming requests, analyzing and resolving sample reconciliation variances with pharmaceutical sales representatives, and coordinating with internal resources to resolve outstanding issues.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, quick-thinking, and both service and detail oriented. He/she must possess the ability to multi-task, consistently meet deadlines and communicate professionally. Knowledge of the PDMA and experience with Sample Reconciliation is a plus. Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and cloud-based phone systems.
