Sample Registration Technician

Job Title: Sample Registration Technician
Location: New Orleans, LA - Onsite
Type: 3-month Contract (likely to extend)
Hours: Tues-Sat 11A-7:30P

Responsibilities

• Register all incoming samples on internal database
• Assist with opening boxes of samples and reviewing incoming materials
• Keep constant record of sample location within the plant

Requirements

• Experience entering data into computer-based systems
• Strong oral and written communication skills for internal correspondence and in-person communication
• Prefer shipping and receiving background or incoming inspector experience
• Must be comfortable working in an environment with food samples
