Sampling Saw/Sand Operator I - Day shift

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time Saw/Sand Operator to join our team for sampling operations. The role involves picking, packaging, and shipping sample orders. Operators are responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a focus on exceptional quality while upholding safety standards.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for data entry input of order forms and productivity white boards as assigned.
• Responsible for processing samples i.e., table saw and sand.
• Responsible for meeting quality and productivity standards within the table saw and sand.
• Responsible for meeting quality and productivity standards within autoclave, press, and or shipping.
• Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
• Assume responsibility for performing assigned Sampling support functions i.e., autoclave, press, and or Shipping.
• Maintain the flow of inventory items into the warehouse.
• Maintain flow of assembling/processing orders.
• Record keeping, in terms of productivity/quality tracking.
• Maintain general cleanliness/order.
• Detailed quality checks for products in process.
• Assume responsibility for effectively reporting (or properly referring to the correct person) all nonconformance issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading and understanding writing instructions.
• Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to budgets, and deliver quality workmanship.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Capability to set up and change tools as required.
• Basic knowledge of machining processes.
