Responsibilities
Assist clients by providing clear and compassionate explanations of the bail bond process.
Support the preparation and processing of bail bond documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Communicate with clients, law enforcement, and court officials as needed to coordinate bail transactions.
Develop a thorough understanding of company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding their bond status and related procedures.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and bond activities in the company database.
Collaborate with senior consultants and management to resolve client concerns and optimize service delivery.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with clients in stressful situations, law enforcement, and court officials professionally.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, common office software, and Outlook.
Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Eligible to work in the United States.
