Sand Mix Operator

Red River Brick is hiring a Sand Mix Operator for our plant in Elgin, Texas. This is a hands-on job in a fast-paced factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run equipment that mixes sand and clay for brick production
• Weigh materials using the correct formula
• Watch equipment and make small adjustments when needed
• Keep the work area clean and safe
• Follow all safety rules
• Help with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or machine experience is helpful
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and reading skills
• Dependable and able to work alone or with a team
• Willing to work flexible hours when needed

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 100 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, climb, and do physical work during the shift
• Work around noise, dust, moving equipment, and slippery floors
