About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Sandblaster workers for a manufacturing equipment fabrication company in Detroit Lakes, MN. What You’ll Do as a Sandblaster:- Operate industrial sandblasting equipment on stainless steel surfaces and components
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements
- Load, move, and position materials and components within the blast bay
- Regulate abrasive flow and pressure settings during blasting operations
- Clean equipment and work areas while following established procedures
- Identify and report defects, impurities, or equipment concerns
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE during operations
What You Need to Bring to the Sandblaster Role:- Ability to stand for extended shifts in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift and maneuver 40–50 pounds frequently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Reliable transportation to Detroit Lakes, MN
