Job Title: Cabinet Sander Location: Layton, UT Pay: $17.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable Cabinet Sander to join our wood shop team. This role is responsible for sanding and preparing wood surfaces for finishing, ensuring a smooth, high-quality product. Key Responsibilities Sand cabinets, doors, and wood components using hand tools and power sanders Prepare surfaces for staining, painting, or finishing Inspect materials for imperfections and ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow safety guidelines and shop procedures Assist with general shop duties as needed Qualifications Previous woodworking or sanding experience preferred, but not required Ability to use hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
