  Minimum Requirements:

• 1–2-year minimum kitchen experience - pizza shop experience is a plus!
• Workstation cleanliness and organization
• Flexibility
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Able to take directions 
• Reliable & punctual
• Sunday availability - Required

  Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Participate in daily kitchen closing procedures
• Setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines
• Workstation cleanliness
• Ability to take direction and work well with others
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock - when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management  

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification (not required)
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods of time
