Job Description

We are hiring Back of House Team Members to join a busy sandwich shop. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in preparing quality food in a clean and organized environment.

No previous restaurant experience is required. Training will be provided to help you learn the menu, food preparation procedures, and daily kitchen operations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare ingredients and food according to established procedures.
• Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, portioning standards, and food preparation guidelines.
• Communicate with the front-of-house team about orders and special requests.
• Keep kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organized.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and other areas.
• Stock ingredients, supplies, and other items as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Maintain a clean and ready-to-work station throughout your shift.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Help other team members when needed.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. You should be comfortable with:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Lifting and carrying supplies as needed.
• Performing cleaning and stocking duties.
• Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
