Job Description

We are hiring Front of House Team Members to join a busy and welcoming sandwich shop. This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team.

You will help create a positive customer experience by taking orders, operating the POS system, keeping the restaurant clean and stocked, and making sure customers receive friendly and accurate service.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately using a POS system.
• Answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct.
• Keep the dining and front-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Restock napkins, cups, lids, straws, condiments, beverages, and other supplies.
• Complete opening and closing cleaning and stocking duties.
• Help address customer questions or concerns and involve a manager when needed.
• Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, even during busy periods.

Physical Requirements

Hiring Requirements

• Candidates selected to move forward will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug screen prior to starting.
