Staggered start times may apply, with some team members beginning at 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM.Job SummaryQualified Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Associates for a manufacturing facility in Colonial Heights, VA. This role is ideal for individuals with previous industrial sanitation experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing manufacturing equipment and maintaining a safe, clean facility environment.If you have experience cleaning industrial machinery and are ready to get started quickly, we encourage you to apply today.What You’ll Do
  • Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble manufacturing equipment and accessories
  • Operate pressure washing equipment using foam cleaning and sanitation methods
  • Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and sanitation solutions
  • Perform deep cleaning of production areas, machinery, and plant floors
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company and safety guidelines
  • Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure sanitation requirements are met
  • Follow proper lockout/tagout and safety procedures while cleaning equipment
  • Work effectively with production and maintenance teams to support operations
  • Complete sanitation tasks within scheduled production timelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial sanitation experience required
  • Ability to work in cold environments around 30 degrees required
  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment and cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work overtime and a flexible staggered schedule as needed
