Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

They maintain sanitation in the freezer warehouse and office areas, work in accordance with all safety regulations, and coordinate work with other team members.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning procedures

Experience Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, sanitation, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred
• Experience operating cleaning equipment and warehouse machinery is a plus
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures

Job Duties

• Clean and maintain freezer warehouse work areas
• Follow sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs)
• Sweep floors, clean walls and surfaces, and empty trash and recycling bins
• Mop floors, clean rugs, windows, bathrooms, and lunchroom areas
• Mix and use cleaning chemicals according to established procedures
• Perform outdoor maintenance duties, including debris removal and snow shoveling
• Assist with setting up and removing chairs and tables for meetings and events
• Perform minor building repairs such as unclogging drains, fixing faucets, and unclogging toilets
• Operate vacuums, power tools, and other cleaning equipment
• Identify and report equipment repairs or replacement needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in cold freezer environments
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to perform indoor and outdoor cleaning and maintenance tasks

As a Sanitation Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
