Sanitation - General Helper

Job Duties: 

Load the oven. 

Fill bakery racks with bread/buns pans. 

Physically move bread/bun racks in and out of proof box.

Physically push/pull pan carts over to the bread conveyer.

Load and unload empty pans both on and off conveyer. 

Other duties as assigned. 

Required qualifications, skills and experience: 

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. 

Capable of working in high heat environment. 

Willingness to learn food safety and sanitation. 

Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. 

Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. 

Capable of following safe work practices. 

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment. 

Must complete post offer background check, post offer physical, drug/alcohol screen and lifting assessment. 

Physical Requirements: 

Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time. 

Must be able to lift/carry bread/bun pans - up to 50lbs. 

Must be able to push bread/bun pan carts to conveyer.  

Capable of performing repetitive work. 

Must be able to tolerate working in a hot humid environment.
