    Job Description

    Purpose:              Continuously coaching, improving and maximizing team skills to achieve Surlean Foods goals all while providing the required sanitizing process to ensure that all manufacturing areas are meeting expectation.
    Responsibilities:
    • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction by:
    1. Ensure that all team members are prioritizing workload so that they know what to do and when to do it to best serve all customers.
    2. Actively listen to all concerns and obstacles to facilitate with the team solutions.
    3. Foster an environment of open, two-way communication to share best practices.
    4. Actively complete cleaning and sanitizing the plant quickly and efficiently in a relatively short time period.
     
    • Consistently using analytical skills to quickly execute decisions with the involvement of team members to ensure the best outcome for the organization by:
    1. Implementation and execution of proper PPE to ensure the safest work environment.
    2. Diligently maintain and execute all training modules.
    3. Ensure operation housekeeping and sanitation are in good order by adhering to Q.A. and USDA standards.
     
    • Actively serving as a role model to aspire team members to go above and beyond in achievements and performance by:
    1. Actively demonstrate high standards and belief in everyone’s ability to attain and surpass the organizations expectation.
    2. Flawlessly use constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to positively impact peers through meaningful feedback.
    • Proactively work to assist others in meeting Surlean foods objectives.
     
     
     
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Must be able to work in extreme temperatures
    Ability to work in wet environment
    Must have basic computers skills
    Must have a basic understanding of sanitation/chemicals
    Must be able to interact with other Department Managers/Team Managers
    Must possess leadership skills
    Must be able to work third shift and weekends
    Ability to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis
    Bilingual preferred
     
    Experience:
    • Supervisory/Lead: 3 year (Required)
    • Industrial Food Related Cleaning and Sanitation: 3 year (Required)
