position is responsible for covering, sanitizing, cleaning, and
preparing equipment for use in various departments. Knowledge &
Responsibilities: * Cover motors, electrical plugs, and all computer
equipment. * Clean up excess waste on the floors. * Use a pressure
hose to spray down all equipment. * Scour all equipment with scouring
pad and/or chemicals. * Sanitize equipment and areas with disinfectant
and oil when finished. * Cleaning of lights, pipes, walls,
refrigeration units, and any other items. * Handle and distribute
cleaning chemicals and record data. * Perform general housekeeping
duties in the department. * Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP
and SQF requirements. * Perform all positions of job rotation as
needed. * Perform any other work as assigned by management. * Ability
and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions. * Ability
and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition,
subtraction, multiplication, division). * Ability and willingness to
work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Physical Requirements: The
successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical
requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. *
Ability and willingness to lift/lower/carry 30 pounds or greater with
back and legs. * Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms
below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level 30 pounds or greater
frequently. * Ability and willingness to use both hands for rapid
mental muscular coordination, simultaneously. * Ability and willingness
to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently. * Ability and willingness to
stand/walk/climb/bend up to 10 hours. * Ability and willingness to work
in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees. Preferred Skills:
* Machine Operator experience preferred * Experience in a
manufacturing setting preferred * RF Scanner experience preferred
