What You'll Do

As a Sanitation Operator, you'll help ensure our production equipment and manufacturing areas are clean, safe, and ready for the next production shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and manufacturing areas
• Complete scheduled sanitation procedures
• Set up and break down Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems
• Safely handle, store, and label cleaning chemicals
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Support production operations when needed
• Work as part of a team to prepare the facility for daily production

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable individuals who take pride in quality work and understand the importance of safety and cleanliness in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates should have:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• A commitment to workplace safety
• Manufacturing, sanitation, food production, warehouse, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active position and requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 70 pounds
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and walk
• Work in environments with high humidity, ingredient dust, and varying hot and cold temperatures
• Safely work with industrial cleaning chemicals while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Schedule

Second Shift

• 5 days a week which may include weekends
• 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• Scheduled holidays as needed

Flexibility to work overtime is required based on production needs.
