In this active, physical role, you will assist with servicing, power washing, moving, and staging portable sanitation units either on a field route truck or directly in the local operations yard. Description for Sanitation Service Tech / Yard Laborer:
- Field Route Helper Crew: Ride along in route service trucks across regional field sites to clean, pump, sanitize, restock, and service portable sanitation equipment.
- Yard Support Crew: Unload incoming freight trailers as truckloads arrive at the Longview yard; stage, organize, pressure wash, and detail units for redeployment.
- Safely operate commercial pressure washers, chemical sprayers, and sanitation tools.
- Maneuver, tilt, load, unload, and position portable restroom units and wash stations.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards, PPE compliance, and jobsite safety protocols throughout long shifts.

- Compensation: Competitive $20 /HR hourly rate + EXTENSIVE OVERTIME PAY!
- Upcoming Project Date: Saturday, August 29, 2026.
- Available Crew Shifts:
- Route Service Crew (4 Openings): 12:00 AM (Midnight) start time | Working a 14+ hour field shift.
- Yard Offload & Wash Crew (2 Openings): 8:00 AM start time | Working a 12+ hour yard shift.
- Location: Longview, WA dispatch yard & regional field routes.
- Position Type: High-hour project shifts with potential for ongoing on-call and seasonal event work.
Requirements for Sanitation Service Tech / Yard Laborer:
- Physical Stamina Mandatory: Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs regularly, maneuver bulky units, and perform continuous physical labor over a 12–14+ hour shift.
- Comfortable working with commercial cleaning chemicals, sanitizing agents, and high-pressure washers.
- Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with general hand tools.
- Willingness to handle portable sanitation equipment without hesitation.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to report on time for assigned shift starts.
- Exceptional history of punctuality, attendance reliability, and a strong team-first mindset.
