Job Description
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory and order cleaning supplies.
Coordinate work with other departments.
Assign work to Sanitation Lead and Sanitation Technicians to accomplish Master Sanitation List and other schedules.
Training of the Sanitation Lead and Sanitation Technicians.
Conduct internal audits as assigned.
Chair Monthly Sanitation Meetings.
Evaluate and plan “non-routine” tasks.
Fill in for absent Sanitation Leads.
Operate the floor scrubber.
Be proficient in evaluating and reporting signs of pest activity.
Liaison with outside pest control company.
Safely handle and dispense cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
Lock-out and tag-out equipment.
Follow work instructions and SSOPs.
Various other duties as assigned by the FS/QA Manager.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position may require lifting, bending, crawling, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, frequent walking and climbing ladders.
