Sanitation Team Leads

 Multiple openings for Sanitation leads at multiple locations. Benefits offered. 3rd shift.  Great opportunity to work for a 60+ year old company in Lancaster County.

  Highlights for the Sanitation Lead:

• Hours are Monday- Friday
  9:00 pm to 5:30 am
• Room for advancement 
• Up to $22.00/hr.

  Responsibilities for the Sanitation Lead:

• Maintain clean, safe production areas and equipment
• Perform pre/post-operational inspections
• Deep clean machinery (disassemble, sanitize, reassemble)
• Follow proper chemical usage and sanitation procedures
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Comply with USDA, GMP, and food safety regulations
• Support audits and inspections
• Follow SDS guidelines for chemical handling and storage
• Train and support team members on procedures
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures

 Qualifications & Requirements for the Sanitation Lead:

• Experience with industrial equipment cleaning
• Knowledge of USDA, GMP, and HACCP a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments
• 2–3 years of sanitation experience preferred
