Job Description:
The Sanitation Technician Jr. will be responsible for safely operating and cleaning equipment as assigned and of handling chemicals to sanitize production equipment and clean the production area, while following Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP). A Sanitation Technician Jr. may be required to perform minor disassembly and assembly of equipment in order to facilitate the cleaning process. Essential functions include ensuring plant sanitary conditions according to established food safety and quality standards. When any deficiency in requirements occur, it is the responsibility of the Sanitation Technician Jr. to take appropriate action and inform the appropriate personnel.
