Sanitation Technician / Custodian / Cleaner

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Full-Time Sanitation Technician / Custodian at Shangri-La, you play a huge role in keeping our cultivation facility running smoothly, safely, and up to the highest standards. You are the behind-the-scenes MVP helping maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment for the entire team.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and up to Shangri-La standards
• Sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and maintain common areas, workspaces, and cultivation environments
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation throughout the facility
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces and assist with cleanliness protocols
• Help ensure workspaces feel safe, fresh, and operationally ready each day
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify leadership when inventory is running low
• Support overall facility upkeep and organization
• Report maintenance or safety concerns proactively
You will work closely with facility leadership and operational teams to help maintain a clean and efficient environment while having opportunities to learn and grow along the way.

Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Previous cleaning, sanitation, custodial, warehouse, or cannabis experience is highly considered
