Description:
CTG is seeking an experienced SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA aATP solutions for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for an SAP Supply Chain expert with deep knowledge of order promising, fulfillment optimization, and S/4HANA supply chain integration.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering full lifecycle SAP aATP implementations and collaborating with business and technical teams to improve supply chain visibility and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA aATP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare support.
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert for SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise capabilities.
- Configure and optimize Product Allocation (PAL), Supply Protection (SUP), ABC Classification, Backorder Processing (BOP/iBOP), and Alternative-Based Confirmation.
- Design SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions that improve order fulfillment and inventory visibility.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define order management and fulfillment strategies.
- Integrate aATP with SAP SD, MM, PP, and Transportation Management (TM).
- Develop functional specifications and support technical development, enhancements, and integrations.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade and migration initiatives.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience with at least 3 years specializing in SAP S/4HANA aATP.
- Successful delivery of two or more full-cycle SAP S/4HANA aATP implementations.
- Strong expertise in Product Allocation, Supply Protection, ABC Classification, Backorder Processing (BOP/iBOP), and Alternative-Based Confirmation.
- Deep understanding of SAP SD, MM, PP, and TM integration.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, and SAP reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SAP BAPI, RFC, IDocs, and REST API integration patterns.
- Ability to review ABAP code and prepare detailed functional specifications.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades and migration projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- SAP S/4HANA or SAP Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
