| Role Description: | Be detailed, oriented and organized to gather requirements and analyze the same.Collect and document functional requirements from stakeholders through various means like interviews, workshops, surveys etc.Translate technical jargon into understandable language for business users and vice versa.Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications that developers can use to build systems.Document the functional requirements and user stories in JIRADevelop functional design documentations, process flow diagrams and other artifacts to illustrate how the system should work.Evaluating existing business processes, identifying discrepancies between desired functionality and existing system and recommending solutions for optimization.Working with technical teams to ensure that the system is built according to functional requirements.Working with Testing team to help in test plan to ensure the systems meets requirements and functions correctly.Manage the product backlog and refine user stories.Communication with stakeholders including business users, developers, testers, and other teams to ensure all are on the same page. |
