SAP Analyst

• We are requesting qualified candidates for an SAP S/4HANA Analyst to support a project engagement.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA in an enterprise environment, including strong Central Finance (CFIN) expertise.
• The project budget is approved through the end of the year, with the potential for extension.

• Support the enterprise SAP S/4HANA Finance & Accounting (F&A) Modernization program with a primary focus on SAP S/4 Finance and Central Finance (CFIN). Responsible for the design, configuration, integration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Finance, CFIN, and associated SAP Finance processes.
• This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Integration, and Application Management Services (AMS) teams to ensure accurate and reliable financial processing.

• Strong experience with SAP S/4 Finance including AR, AP, Treasury and VIM
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) scenarios including source system integration and financial document replication
• Support end-to-end finance data flows across ECC, S/4HANA, and non-SAP integrated systems
• Experience with CFIN issues including AIF errors, SLT replication issues, and FI document posting discrepancies
• Translate business and finance requirements into scalable SAP Finance solutions
• Support integrations including SLT, AIF, MDG (Finance), Group Reporting, and downstream reporting solutions
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of SAP Finance experience with hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA + Central Finance (CFIN)
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
• Experience with SLT, AIF, FI document posting logic, and reconciliation
• Experience with SAP MDG (Finance) and SAP Group Reporting preferred
• Experience supporting production SAP environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in complex financial environments

• Support SAP systems with analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing for modifications, improvements, and any alterations.
• Responsible for the analysis, design, and delivery of SAP based solutions to medium complexity problem(s) for a business function area
• Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications
• Develop, execute and document test scenarios and test data with minimal outside input; perform required configurations of SAP solutions Train end users on new enhancements or functionality as required and maintain/update user manuals and documentation
• Execute SAP application migration to production and performance tuning functions Complete all maintenance, upgrade and implementation tasks related to the core SAP applications
• Aid to design and develop customized reports utilizing technical resources and other tools within SAP as requested.
• Configure and support integration with third party SAP systems and software; ensure overall SAP system integrity is maintained by collaborating with broader SAP COE team
• Review business processes and corresponding mapping into IT architecture
• Map and validate performance indicators
• Provide Level 3 center of excellence support of the Global SAP Competency Center
• Communicate with business areas within scope of responsibility Remain current on new technologies; introduce applicable technology in alignment with goals and for creative solutions
• Guide change with a focus on optimal outcomes

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience with SAP module integration points and systems integration with business processes
