Build and
operate the analytics and reporting layer on top of the JTMS S/4HANA platform.
Combine SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and Alteryx to deliver
operational, financial, and movement -visibility reporting for USTRANSCOM
stakeholders. Serve as the connective tissue between source SAP data, the
program’s data engineering pipelines, and the dashboards joint leaders rely on
for daily decision -making.

Key responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and develop SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI,
and Tableau dashboards backed by S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and downstream data marts;
align visual design and KPI taxonomy with USTRANSCOM stakeholder needs.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build and maintain Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server
workflows for data preparation, reconciliation, and ad -hoc analytical pipelines
feeding both reports and operational data products.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop SQL, Python, and (where required) ABAP -CDS
views against SAP HANA and adjacent data sources; tune for performance on
joint -enterprise volumes.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Translate business questions on transportation,
financial, and in -transit -visibility data into reproducible analytical
workflows; document lineage, assumptions, and refresh cadence.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Partner with the JTMS data engineering team on data
quality, master data alignment, and the canonical reporting model bridging
transportation and financial domains.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support self -service analytics enablement: training,
templates, governance models, and stewardship of the program’s analytics
content library.
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Produce documentation, runbooks, and the
analytics -specific RMF / authorization evidence the program requires.

Required qualifications<\/span>
<\/h2>- US
citizen with Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
Secret clearance upon hire
<\/li> - Responsible
for the successful execution of the program’s strategic data management
and integration
<\/li> - 5+
years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Alteryx.,
preferably in government or defense sectors
<\/li> - Extensive
experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data
migration
<\/li> - Advanced
proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
<\/li> - Proficiency
in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
<\/li> - Experience
with large -scale data migration projects
<\/li> - Strong
verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively
communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions
<\/li> - Familiarity
with DoD logistics systems is highly desirable
<\/li> - Strong
understanding of data governance principles, practices, and tools.
<\/li> - Knowledge
of metadata management and data cataloging solutions.
<\/li> - Bachelor’s
degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a
related field
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred qualifications<\/span>
<\/h2>- Agile
certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment
<\/li> - SAP
expertise (public sector/DoD preferred)

experience with commercial and Federal supply chain best practices
