Role Name: AP FSCM Functional Lead / Solution Architect

Duration: 12+ Months

SAP FSCM Functional Consultant/Lead with extensive expertise in Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), specifically focusing on Accounts Receivable, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Credit Management. The ideal candidate should have successfully led and delivered multiple end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations and global template rollouts across diverse geographies and business units.

The consultant will be responsible for driving business process transformation, solution design, global template governance, deployment strategy, and business adoption while ensuring alignment with organizational credit-to-cash objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead end-to-end SAP FSCM solution design, implementation, and rollout activities.
- Conduct business workshops and gather requirements related to Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Credit-to-Cash processes.
- Design and configure:
- SAP FSCM Collections Management
- SAP FSCM Dispute Management
- SAP FSCM Credit Management
- Accounts Receivable processes
- Define collection strategies, worklists, promise-to-pay processes, and collection segmentation.
- Configure dispute case management, workflow, root cause analysis, and dispute resolution processes.
- Design and implement credit risk assessment, scoring models, credit exposure management, and credit limit checks.
- Integrate FSCM with:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Treasury
- Customer Master Data (Business Partner)
- Credit-to-Cash processes
- Support global template creation and country-specific localization requirements.
- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, data migration validation, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and regional deployment teams.

**Required Experience**

- 10+ years of SAP Finance experience with at least 7+ years in SAP FSCM.
- Multiple full lifecycle SAP FSCM implementations.
- Proven experience in global rollout programs across North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM regions.
- Strong expertise in:
- Accounts Receivable
- Collections Management
- Dispute Management
- Credit Management
- Credit-to-Cash business processes
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of integration points with SD, FI-AR, Treasury, and Master Data.
- Experience defining global business processes and governance models.
- Ability to lead business workshops and engage senior stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementation experience.
- Experience with Central Finance and global shared service environments.
- Exposure to FSCM workflow, BRF+, Fiori applications, and SAP Business Partner.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or FSCM.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Pharma, Consumer Products, or Healthcare industries.
