SAP Architect Contractor: 10+ years (Expert)

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Functional Consultant to design, configure, test, and support SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in lease accounting, IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, and integration with SAP Finance and related modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP RE-FX solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure and test SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Management functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 16/ASC 842 standards in lease accounting.
• Integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP Finance and other related modules.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for General Ledger (GL) within SAP.
• Utilize SAP Intelligent Real Estate with Contract Lease Management (SAP RE-FX with CLM).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP, with a focus on RE-FX and lease accounting.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and integration with finance modules.
• Proven experience with IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Remote position with very limited travel on a need basis (around 10%).
• Only accepting candidates on W2. No C2C arrangements.
