The STP - Business readiness role will support the launch of SAP/System capabilities for the IERP program. The role focuses on readiness, delivery execution, validation and go-live coordination so that the assigned module or technical component can launch with controlled risks and clear ownership.
Required skill set
SAP Source-to-Pay (STP) Business Readiness skills include expertise in procurement processes (Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Invoice-to-Pay), SAP MM, SAP Ariba, and FI-AP
The role also requires strong capabilities in change management, user training, UAT/testing, data migration, and cutover planning
Knowledge of procurement controls, approval workflows, SAP GRC/SoD compliance, and post-go-live hypercare support is essential to ensure successful business adoption and operational readiness
Launch responsibilities
Lead business readiness for SAP module launch, including process walkthroughs, impact assessment, UAT coordination, stakeholder readiness, training inputs and cutover adoption activities.
Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams and program governance stakeholders to close launch risks, dependencies and open decisions.
Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation, test evidence, cutover inputs, issue logs, readiness checkpoints and launch sign-off materials.
Drive defect triage and resolution coordination during SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal, cutover and post-launch stabilization windows.
