Job Title: SAP Ariba - Lead
Duration- Fulltime Permanent
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite/hybrid)
Note- We are looking for Ariba lead who can be a front-to-face customer for Ariba daily AMS and CR activities and can lead the offshore team of Ariba consultants. Someone who is very conversant with ITSM processes and ticket management tool ServiceNow.

Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Ariba Procure to Pay with expertise Supplier lifecycle performance, Ariba Buying and Guided buying, invoicing, CIG mapping

Roles & Responsibilities
1.Drive workshops with client's procurement business teams to understand their current purchasing configuration in their SAP Ariba system
2.Strong knowledge of Ariba Supplier lifecycle performance, SAP Ariba Buying & Guided Buying, Ariba Invoicing, Ariba Commerce Automation and Ariba integration with SAP and nonSAP systems
3.Able to effectively guide the client on the improvement areas in terms of business process re-engineering wherever needed
4.Ariba CIG mappings and an integration with SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA or nonSAP systems
5.Strong focus on AMS and enhancement and ability to troubleshoot Incidents, handle Service requests and Change requests. Collaborate with the technical team during the 'Build' phase of the engagement Cutover, go-live and Hyper care support

Generic Managerial Skills:
Strong communication, Client-facing skills, and Team Lead and offshore coordination skills
