Required Skills:- Onboard CMO and product partners in TraceLink.
- Establish technical connectivity between SAP ATTP, TraceLink
- Sets up Material master data systems in TraceLink
- Communicates and coordinates projects with external entities and global partners like CMO, Partners, and 3PL
- Provide technical assistance by collaborating with Partners, Business teams, ERP, and Infrastructure teams
- Collaborate with technical and business resources throughout the project life cycle; documenting business plans, data design specifications, test plans, and validated testing documents, delivering implementation plans and service level agreements, and providing production support for business users and business service providers
- Understanding of global Serialization regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update procedures as required.
- Updating SOPs and Knowledge articles
- Formal investigation of support issues, communication with impacted stakeholders and vendors, resolution/closure of the issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records.
