About the Role:
Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a skilled SAP BASIS Administrator to join our growing team in San Antonio, CA. Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including upgrades, patches, and support packages
• Monitor SAP system performance, availability, and capacity planning across the landscape
• Manage SAP user administration, roles, authorizations, and security profiles
• Perform SAP system refreshes, client copies, and transport management (TMS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP BASIS-related issues, working with SAP OSS as needed
• Maintain SAP landscape documentation and ensure compliance with change management processes
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support SAP project implementations and enhancements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator
• Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, and/or SAP ECC environments
• Experience with SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning
• Strong knowledge of operating systems including Linux/Unix and Windows Server
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, STMS, and SAP security concepts
• Experience with SAP cloud platforms (SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector) is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• SAP BASIS certification is preferred but not required
