Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- SAP S/4HANA system administration, landscape design, installation, conversion, upgrade, patching, and technical operations
- SAP HANA administration, performance analysis, memory and workload monitoring, backup and recovery coordination, high availability, and disaster recovery
- SUM, DMO, Maintenance Planner, SAP Readiness Check, Simplification Item checks, and technical conversion planning
- SAP Fiori, Gateway/OData, certificates, SSL/SNC, SSO/SAML, and Web Dispatcher connectivity
- Transport and release management using CTS/CTS+, gCTS, or SAP Cloud Transport Management
- SAP Cloud ALM for health, integration, exception, job, and automation monitoring; alerting; business service management; and issue/action governance
- RISE with SAP / SAP Cloud ERP Private landscape coordination across customer, partner, SAP, and hyperscaler teams
- SAP BTP connectivity, Cloud Connector, destinations, identity integration, and secure connectivity to SAP S/4HANA
- Clean-core operations, upgrade readiness, lifecycle discipline, monitoring, capacity management, automation, system refreshes, background jobs, spool, RFC, and interface support
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own SAP S/4HANA technical landscape design, Basis work planning, system readiness, and operational stability across project and production environments
- Plan and execute installations, conversions, upgrades, support packages, kernel updates, migrations, system copies, refreshes, and technical cutovers
- Lead SUM/DMO preparation and execution, readiness assessment, downtime optimization, rehearsal planning, and production conversion support
- Establish SAP Cloud ALM for implementation and operations monitoring, alerts, integration visibility, job monitoring, and issue/action follow-up
- Coordinate technical activities with SAP, hyperscaler, security, network, database, functional, integration, and release teams
- Define transport, release, environment, and technical change controls aligned with SAP Activate and program quality gates
- Maintain clean-core and upgrade-readiness guardrails, standard interfaces, and approved SAP BTP extensibility patterns
- Perform capacity, performance, availability, security, and resilience reviews; lead root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
- Support SAP Fiori, SAP BTP connectivity, certificates, SSO, secure communication, spool, background processing, RFCs, and technical interfaces
- Create and maintain runbooks, operating procedures, landscape diagrams, cutover plans, technical standards, and audit evidence
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Technical leadership; independent problem solving; structured planning and documentation; major-incident coordinatio n; vendor and SAP engagement; onsite-offshore collaboration; and clear communication with business and IT stakeholders.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
