Design, develop, and deploy SAP BO reports, dashboards, and universes using Web Intelligence, IDT/UDT, and Crystal Reports.
Develop and maintain ETL and reporting data models, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
Optimize BO reports for performance and scalability.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting for report accuracy.
Support migration, version upgrades, and integration with other SAP tools (BW/HANA).
Maintain documentation for BO universes, report logic, and data mapping.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in BI reporting.
Manage user access, report scheduling, and publication through BI Launchpad / CMC.
Participate in UAT and post-deployment support for BO applications.
