    Job Description

    The Director of Client Accounts will lead the strategic direction and growth of key client relationships for a prominent business and technology services organization. This high-level role is centered on building long-term partnerships with clients, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position involves working directly with senior client stakeholders and managing a portfolio of significant accounts.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to manage and grow client accounts.
    • Ensure alignment of client account plans with the broader business goals.
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-suite and senior-level client executives.
    • Lead client engagements, including presentations and negotiations, to secure new business.
    • Drive revenue by identifying and executing on growth opportunities within accounts.
    • Maximize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.
    • Oversee and mentor a team of senior account managers to achieve business objectives.
    • Align the team's activities with company-wide strategic initiatives.
    • Monitor account health through performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates on account statuses and revenue forecasts to executive leadership.

    MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION

    • A bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.
    • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or a masters/PhD in a relevant field are preferred.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 10+ years in client management, sales leadership, or business development, with a track record of driving revenue.
    • Proven success managing high-value, complex client accounts and consistently meeting revenue goals.
    • Experience within the business consulting or technology services sectors is ideal.
