    Description & Requirements

    The SAP Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C) processes, working closely with business stakeholders, SAP support teams, and technical partners to resolve incidents, support system changes, and contribute to SAP implementation and optimization projects. The role plays a key part in ensuring effective SAP solutions that support the Firm's global business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide support for SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C) processes and assist end users with SAP S/4HANA and FIORI functionality.
    • Support the resolution of incidents escalated from Level 1 support and coordinate issue resolution with SMEs and technical teams.
    • Participate in SAP implementation projects, enhancements, upgrades, and system releases.
    • Perform integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live support activities.
    • Execute change requests and implementation work orders through established change management processes.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, quick reference guides, and process documentation.
    • Support deployment activities, testing cycles, and remediation of system releases.
    • Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to strengthen the knowledge base and support model.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, Basis & Security teams, architects, and integration partners.
    • Contribute to the optimization of SAP solutions by applying industry best practices and continuous improvement recommendations.

    Requirements, Qualifications & Experience:

    • Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA and FIORI applications.
    • Solid knowledge of Service-to-Cash business processes, including billing, budgeting, matter management, fee management, time recording, WIP management, and cost processing.
    • Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting SAP-related business process issues.
    • Strong understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Resource Based Billing (RBB), and Project Systems (PS) modules.
    • Knowledge of integration points between SAP SD, PS, FI/CO, and MM-Purchasing modules.
    • Experience participating in SAP projects, testing activities, system implementations, and production support.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Legal industry experience is desirable.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
