At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL.We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst - FICO with strong expertise in SAP Controlling CO and Product Costing to support and enhance our SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA landscape. This role will partner closely with Finance Manufacturing Supply Chain and IT teams to drive business process improvements system enhancements and ERP transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Cost Center Accounting Product Costing Cost Object Controlling Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders COPA and Manufacturing Cost Analysis along with strong cross-functional integration experience with MM PP and SD modules.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport enhance and optimize SAP FICO solutions across SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA environments. Lead SAP CO activities including Product Costing and Cost Rollups Cost Center Accounting CCA Profit Center Accounting PCA Internal Orders Profitability Analysis COPA Cost Allocations Settlements and Variance Analysis Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to costing and controlling processes. Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to improve costing accuracy profitability reporting and financial controls. Collaborate with MM PP and SD teams to design test and support integrated end-to-end business processes. Gather business requirements prepare functional specifications perform configuration testing user training and production support. Work with technical teams on RICEFW developments enhancements and performance improvements. Participate in SAP S4HANA and Central Finance CFIN initiatives including process standardization and system transformation projects. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization root cause analysis and business stakeholder engagement. QualificationsBachelors degree in information systems Finance Accounting Business or related field. Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience including at least one full-cycle SAP implementation. Strong hands-on experience in SAP Controlling CO Good understanding of accounting finance and management costing principles. Strong integration knowledge across SAP MM PP SD and FI modules. Experience supporting manufacturing or semiconductor industry business processes. Familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S4HANA environments. Experience with SAP Central Finance CFIN Material Ledger or Actual Costing is highly desirable. Knowledge of ABAP development concepts and SAP Solution Manager is a plus. Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel up to 10 domestically and internationally. Preferred QualificationsSAP FICO or SAP S4HANA Finance Certification. Experience with global SAP implementations and support models. Experience in manufacturing costing inventory valuation and financial reporting within complex manufacturing environments.
