Our Ottawa based client is seeking experienced SAP Business Transformation Advisor to join their project on a long term contract. The ideal candidates should have Canadian security clearance of at least Reliability level, with Secret preferred. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on business process transformation using SAP best practices and industry benchmarks.
- Lead discovery workshops to assess current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Define future-state business processes aligned with SAP standard capabilities (e.g., S/4HANA).
- Develop business case and transformation roadmaps, including value realization metrics.
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify change management impacts and support organizational readiness activities.
- Recommend adoption of SAP innovations (e.g., AI, analytics, automation) to drive efficiency.
- Guide fit-to-standard decisions, minimizing customizations while maximizing business value.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
- Document business process designs, value drivers, and transformation success criteria.
