Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Center of Excellence (COE) Senior Manager to lead and evolve a high-performing SAP organization within a complex enterprise environment. This is a senior leadership role for someone who brings deep SAP delivery credibility and can remain close to the technical work, not removed from it.
This is not a purely governance or people-management position. The ideal candidate will be hands-on when needed, capable of engaging directly with senior SAP analysts, and able to guide SAP strategy and execution across multiple business cycles while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead and grow the SAP Center of Excellence, providing direction, standards, and priorities across SAP delivery and support
Serve as a technical and functional escalation point for complex SAP challenges, design decisions, and delivery execution
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with enterprise goals and operational realities
Guide and develop a strong SAP technical team through mentorship, coaching, and career development
Drive successful execution across full SAP program lifecycles, including:
Large-scale implementations
Digital transformation initiatives
Post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement
Establish practical guardrails, architecture standards, and delivery discipline without over-engineering
Ensure SAP initiatives meet compliance expectations within a SOX-regulated environment
Collaborate with global teams and provide leadership presence across international operations, including onsite engagement as needed.
