Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Sourcing & Procurement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Master Contracts Agreements (MAs) and Sub-agreements, as well as expertise in business requirements gathering, functional design, and contract repository management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage SAP CLM, ensuring seamless contract lifecycle processes.
- Work with SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Sourcing & Procurement to optimize contract management workflows.
- Handle Master Contracts Agreements (MAs) and Sub-agreements effectively.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional design documents.
- Oversee contract creation, modifications, and repository management.
- Perform reporting and analysis, including report extraction into Excel.
- Utilize techno-functional skills to manage backend tables.
- Support data migration efforts for contracts (experience in this area is a plus).
- Work with SAP Ariba Contracts (knowledge in this area is a plus).
- Participate in at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of SAP CLM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management).
- 4-7 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Management Sourcing & Procurement.
- Strong expertise in Master Contracts Agreements (MAs) and Sub-agreements.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Experience in contract creation, modification, and repository management.
- Proficiency in reporting, analysis, and data extraction into Excel.
- Strong techno-functional skills, including backend table management.
- Experience with contract data migration ( preferred).
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba Contracts ( preferred).
- SAP certification is a plus.
