Job Title: SAP Concur Customer Experience Manager
Location:Local to Herndon, VA preferred; remote possible
Type: Contract/1099, 1 year to 5 years
Compensation: 80.00 - 90.00 /hr
Security Clearance: MBI/Public Trust Tier 2; must be USC/GC

The Customer Experience Manager supports Federal Government clients as a functional consultant specializing in SAP Concur. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality agency support before and after go-live. Responsibilities include leading functional consulting activities such as requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and integration support in an Agile environment. The role translates agency needs into compliant travel and expense solutions, facilitates working sessions, develops functional artifacts, coordinates testing and issue resolution, supports implementation workstreams, and assists with post go-live stabilization and customer experience improvements.

• Support Federal Government clients as a functional consultant specializing in SAP Concur.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality agency support before and after go-live.
• Lead functional consulting activities such as requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and integration support in an Agile environment.
• Translate agency needs into compliant travel and expense solutions.
• Facilitate working sessions and develop functional artifacts.
• Coordinate testing and issue resolution.
• Support implementation workstreams and post go live stabilization efforts.
• Assist in improving customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Concur preferred; Must have experience with Travel and Expense systems.
• Hands-on experience with functional consulting and system implementation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, integration coordination, and support.
• Experience supporting projects or workstreams, managing scope, collaborating with large teams, and presenting client recommendations.
• Experience working with Federal or DoD clients.
• Knowledge of system implementation principles, business process design, and functional testing.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Ability to analyze data, support visualization, and translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements.
• Understanding of integration concepts, system or service design, and content or process management.
