Job Title: SAP Concur Functional SME
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $55 - $60/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Functional SME with proven expertise in multi-country SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring global expense policies, VAT/GST, travel allowances, mileage, multi-currency support, and approval workflows across EMEA, APAC, and the Middle East. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, HR, Tax, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant travel and expense solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation and configuration projects across multiple countries.
• Configure expense policies for 19 countries across EMEA, APAC, and the Middle East.
• Configure VAT/GST tax rules to meet country-specific compliance requirements.
• Configure Travel Allowance (Per Diem) policies, including Germany and Austria.
• Configure mileage reimbursement rules for different countries.
• Implement and manage multi-currency support, including primary and secondary currencies.
• Configure complex approval workflows, including HR approval processes for APAC and outsourced tax review workflows for Germany.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Concur functional solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, Tax, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide end-user training.
• Ensure SAP Concur best practices and global compliance standards are followed.
