Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CS Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in an SAP S/4HANA environment and will be responsible for supporting and continuously improving SAP CS processes.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can effectively balance stakeholder management, solution design, hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and production support leadership. This role requires someone comfortable working at both the strategic and execution levels and taking ownership of solutions from requirements through implementation and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the support and continuous improvement of SAP CS processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

• Provide functional expertise across core SAP Customer Service (CS) processes and standard configurations.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Design and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.

• Perform hands-on SAP CS configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging as required.

• Investigate complex business and system issues and drive them through resolution.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources.

• Support incident management, root-cause analysis, change requests, and enhancement initiatives.

• Participate in solution design discussions and provide functional recommendations.

• Support end-to-end testing, including functional and integration testing.

• Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

• Mentor team members and provide functional leadership across support and delivery activities.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with SAP standards.
