Required Skills: The SAP Cutover Lead will plan and execute the cutover strategy for SAP systems. This role will ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems, managing cutover activities, stakeholder alignment, and readiness across multiple workstreams. 10+ years of SAP project experience, with 5+ years in cutover leadership. Proven track record in managing complex cutovers across SAP ECC/S4 and surrounding systems. Strong understanding of integration with Quorum, Oracle CC&B, and GIS systems. Experience in data migration and cutover rehearsal cycles. Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage SAP cutover strategy, plan, and detailed checklist. Coordinate cutover rehearsals, mock runs, and go-live execution. Manage dependencies between SAP and non-SAP systems during cutover. Work with business, IT, and vendors to ensure readiness. Identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans for cutover. Lead command center during go-live. Provide post-cutover support and stabilization oversight.
