Job Description:

SAP Dassian Consultant

Location: St. Louis, Missouri OR Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Clearance: Active Secret clearance

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced SAP Dassian/OTC Consultant to support an aerospace and defense program. The consultant will support ongoing operations within a secure environment while also contributing to the design, build, testing, and deployment of capabilities for future releases. The role is primarily focused on Dassian Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), government contract management, and SAP contract-to-cash processes. This position will serve as a functional SME supporting business users, production operations, testing activities, and release delivery efforts across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Dassian and SAP OTC functional SME supporting business users and operations in the secure environment.
  • Support Dassian contract generation, clause management, contract generation rules, and related contract management processes.
  • Support contract execution, sales order management, pricing, and related business processes.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, production support, and defect resolution.
  • Support requirements, solution design, build, testing, and release activities for future program increments.
  • Develop and deliver user guides, training materials, and end-user support.
  • Plan and coordinate PMMO-related deployment and cutover activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Understanding of federal government contracting requirements, contract management processes, and contract execution within aerospace and defense environments.
  • Experience supporting contract lifecycle management processes for government programs.
  • At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, defect analysis, and business support.
  • One of the following: Dassian Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) expertise or strong SAP S/4HANA SD expertise supporting government contract management processes.
  • Based in the St. Louis, MO area, the Philadelphia, PA area, or willing to travel weekly (Monday-Thursday) to work onsite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with both Dassian CLM and SAP SD.
  • Aerospace and Defense industry experience.
  • Experience supporting secure environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
