Export Control : This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.

The SAP Data Compliance Analyst supports the Leo Satellite Manufacturing Governance Team by pulling data from the SAP S4HANA, GRC and Solution Manager systems to ensure alignment to the standard operating procedures for the ITGC Controls.

In this role, the individual to reconcile multiple data sources each month to ensure compliance policies had been followed. In the event there was an exception to the policy, the individual must identify the risk with the control owner, document the mitigation plan and perform follow up steps as required.

In addition to the compliance reconciliation details, this individual will assist the governance team in documenting the data mapping details for inbound and outbound integration for the S4HANA, GTS and MES environments. The individual will analyze the data integrity and consistency throughout the SAP ecosystems.

Key job responsibilities

Working knowledge of internal audit methodologies, compliance program structures, and risk assessment practices.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify control gaps and compliance risks through data.

High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.

Ability to manage multiple analytical requests in a deadline-driven audit environment.

Collaborative, independent, and objective approach consistent with internal audit professional standards.

A day in the life

This role will pull details from the SAP S4HANA, GRC and SOLMAN environments each month to reconcile data that is required for our ITCG controls.

This individual will perform data mapping for upstream and downstream systems connected to the SAP S4HANA and MES environments.

The individual in this role will provide training on how to find and pull data from the SAP S4HANA and MES environments.
