SAP Data Management Project/Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with deep skills in SAP ERP transformations and enterprise data management. This role will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA programs, with a strong focus on data governance, data migration, and end-to-end data lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will drive program execution, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality data solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale SAP ERP transformation programs with a focus on data management and data quality.
• Oversee end-to-end data processes including data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and governance.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators to define requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program readiness and execution success.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
• Drive data readiness activities, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and compliant with business and technical standards.
• Facilitate program governance, including status reporting, executive updates, and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing scope changes effectively.
• Support issue resolution and decision-making across technical and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 3 5 years of experience supporting SAP ERP transformations (ECC or S/4HANA), with a strong focus on data management.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party system integrators.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise data processes (migration, integration, governance, quality management).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional dependencies and program risks.
• Direct hands-on experience supporting data management within SAP environments.

• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Familiarity with SAP data tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
